Data and purposes. When you browse, the hosting service handles technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, request time, requested page and browser details. Access and security logs may be kept. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. If you email us or use an available contact method, we use the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and message, to answer you and manage a request for services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before providing a service or performing the professional relationship. We do not request health information merely to browse the site. If you voluntarily include it in a message, it will only be used as needed to handle your request and will be treated confidentially.

Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregated visits, pages viewed, approximate traffic sources and website performance. Its beacon sends technical data to Cloudflare. According to Cloudflare, it does not use analytics cookies or local storage to identify visitors, and it discards the IP address at the nearest data centre rather than storing it in its core databases or logs. We do not use these statistics to identify people or personalise advertising. The legal basis for any technical processing is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site. Cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. The site may use essential WordPress cookies and a preference cookie to remember your cookie choices. Login cookies only apply to people administering the site. You can delete cookies in your browser. If optional cookie features are added, we will provide information and seek consent where required.

Recipients and retention. Service providers may process data on our behalf, particularly Hostalia for hosting, Cloudflare for statistics, and the email provider used to answer messages. We do not sell data. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, if any, will be subject to the safeguards required by data protection law. Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then for applicable legal periods. Technical logs are kept as needed for hosting security and operation. Cloudflare statistics are displayed in aggregate under that service's retention rules.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw any consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@nomadphysio.es and state the right you wish to exercise. We will request additional identity evidence only if necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. We will update this policy if our services or processing change.
